LANGUAGE COURSE
“I am happy with the decisions I made regarding my exchange, even though it was often difficult and you are on your own a lot. I would recommend Russia to anyone who wants to experience something new and unusual and is not afraid to get out of their comfort zone.”
LEARN RUSSIAN, KYRGYZ OR UZBECK
Language is the key to a new world. Knowing the language gives you the opportunity to participate in life in the host country. We would be happy to organize your individual language course in the following countries and cities:
- Kyrgyzstan: Bishkek, Karakol
- Uzbekistan: Namangan
For our language courses, our partner organizations work closely with qualified local partners. So you can benefit from a local environment where the language is spoken in everyday life (depending on the chosen language). This will help you to make progress. In addition, your wishes will be specifically addressed. You can decide for yourself how long your language course should last. If you are planning a longer language stay, you can also combine different locations. In Bishkek you can acquire the internationally recognized language certificate TRKI (TRKI – Тестпорусскомуязыкукакиностранному / Test for Russian as a foreign language).
The requirements and tests are standardized. Classes are usually held as private courses or in small groups of 3-7 participants. There are usually 20 lessons per week with additional homework, so there is a full workload. You can arrange something different, depending on your budget or other desired activities. During your stay you will be living in a host family or in a student residence.
