Open Volunteer Camps in Switzerland
In 2025, we were able to run more than 10 volunteer camps. From nature-based projects to art camps, participants from more than 30 countries gained valuable experience in international teams in Switzerland and supported projects through voluntary work. The next camps will take place in summer and autumn 2026. The first camps have already been announced and are now open for registrations. More to come!

Open volunteer Camps in Switzerland 2026
Nature Parc Ela – Preserving traditional cultivated landscapes
Date: 19 July to 01 August 2026
Location: Parc Ela, Savognin, Grisons CH
Age: 18–99 Years
Discover a craft that has been passed down through generations and help preserve the cultural heritage of Parc Ela! You will have the opportunity to learn more about the conservation and protection of Alpine biodiversity—with professionals on site! The work takes place in a breathtaking Alpine landscape and includes tasks such as removing trees and bushes, maintaining trails, and restoring traditional wooden fences.

Art Camp – Art, Creativity & Intercultural Exchange
Date: 08 to 15 August 2026
Location: The Creative Factory (Atelier Kreativ-Werkstatt) , Solothurn CH
Age: 18–99 Years
This volunteer camp is the perfect opportunity to learn about arts, your creativity and yourself! The volunteers will work on intercultural written images: together they create small-format wedge frames with the material available. People will write their own short texts, poems, word collages, etc. on the canvases to be created and develop their creative skills while meeting new people!

Conservation of Chestnut Forests in Misox
Date: 09 to 22 August 2026
Location: Fondazione Mont Grand, Soazza, Graubünden, Switzerland
Age: 18–99 Years
Help enhance the landscape of the Mont Grand mountain pasture by caring for the chestnut forests. The work mainly involves haymaking among the trees; under certain circumstances, you may also be involved in other landscape conservation activities, such as clearing brush, collecting stones, etc. During the work, you will learn a lot about botany, biodiversity, history, and cultural landscape management. Please note that this is physically demanding work.

The next weekends will take place in summer and autumn 2026 and will be published here in spring. We look forward to your participation!
Long-Term-Volunteering (LTV)
In a long-term assignment, you as a volunteer will make a large contribution to a charitable project in Asia, Africa, Latin America, UK, Spain, North America. The duration is 1 – 12 months. You will immerse yourself in a different culture and acquire new skills that will enrich you personally and that will also help you when you return to Switzerland. From 18 years old.
